Our programmes vary, according to the engagement. Typically at the moment, they might involve the following elements:
- Participants ‘learn through doing’ by working on real business transformation projects, with active mentoring by the senior exec
- Deliver remotely; leverage either your own learning platform or using one of our partners
- 360 assessment before and after programme to benchmark individual development & progress
- Focus learning in virtual action inquiry groups: project teams are taught an advanced form of action learning to situate development within work on real projects
