Ian Byrne
Ian combines senior-level business transformation experience with deep expertise in group dynamics and leadership development. He is CEO and founder of Living Systems.
Ian partners Boards and Business Unit leadership teams on organisational transformation, strategy execution and culture change. He also oversees the design and delivery of transformational leadership programs. He holds an MA from Oxford University, has trained as a Gestalt psychotherapist and also holds an MSc in Complexity Science and Organisational Transformation from Middlesex University.
All of Ian's work is focused on developing the capacity for Collective Intelligence in organisations, groups and individuals. He is an expert in group dynamics and facilitation, as well as leadership psychology and change.
Helen Franklin
As a Gestalt psychotherapist and organisational consultant, Helen is an expert in relational dynamics and personal psychology.
A coach, facilitator and consultant with 17 years’ experience working with both global corporations and SMEs, she has designed programmes, development centres and offsites with relational leadership and collaborative working at their heart. Helen specialises in transforming interpersonal dynamics and releasing the potential of individual leaders.
In a previous life, Helen was an actress. The integration of this expertise with her psychological training gives her deep insight into the development of leadership awareness, impact and presence. Helen has a diploma in Organisational Change and a Masters in psychotherapy.
Jenny Mackewn
Jenny is a renowned expert on Gestalt psychology, complexity theory and systems thinking. She is a catalyst of whole system change in organisations and communities
Jenny is a published author in Gestalt psychology and whole system change. She is a qualified psychotherapist, and currently leads a variety of leadership programmes for Schumacher college in organisational transformation, ranging from whole systems change, to constellations and systemic approaches to consultancy, coaching and leadership. Previously she led a masters programme in complexity theory and transformative Leadership at Metanoia Institute, part of Middlesex University.
Jenny's passion is in translating the principles of complexity theory and living systems into practical consulting solutions to help organisations adapt to increasing volatility, complexity and uncertainty.
Rob Thurner
Rob is a digital strategist, consultant and trainer. He works with us to embed digital technology, skills and capabilities within our initiatives.
Rob’s network of exceptional digital delivery partners helps clients develop rapid prototypes which apply learnings to real-time and evolving business challenges.
Rob is the Founder and CEO at our digital partner Burn The Sky, the digital strategy and training business serving clients such as American Express, CVC Capital Partners, Faysal Bank, GSK, HSBC, John Lewis, O2, PwC and global agency networks Dentsu Aegis, Havas, Omnicom and WPP.
Rosie Rycroft
Rosie heads up our finance and operational support team at Living Systems. She has excellent communication skills and makes sure everything runs to plan.
Rosie is the lynchpin in our team that makes sure programmes are delivered on time and to budget and that the management of operational logistics always exceeds client expectations.
Prior to that, Rosie had worked for 20 years in marketing in the technology sector, promoting products and associated services to senior high level decision makers across a broad range of industries. Rosie held roles such as Head of UK Marketing at Informix Software and Northern European Marketing Services Director for Ascential Software until she took a career break to raise a family.
