Living Systems was founded to bridge a growing gap: the disconnect between strategic ambition and human experience. We saw how conventional consulting overlooked the emotional, relational, and cultural realities that shape real transformation.

Our founding team brought together a rare blend of systems theory, individual and group psychology, creative facilitation, and senior-level business transformation. We exist to offer a new kind of partner — one who sees the whole, works with the informal, and enables change that lasts.
