Ian brings a mix of senior-level business transformation and strategy execution experience coupled with a depth of expertise in psychology, facilitation and leadership development. He is also our managing partner.
Today, roughly half of Ian’s time is spent partnering Boards and Business Unit leadership teams on organisational transformation, strategy execution and culture change projects. The remainder of his time is spent designing and overseeing the design and delivery of leadership development programmes for executives and senior leaders. He is an expert in group dynamics and facilitation, as well as transformational leadership.
Ian holds an MA from Oxford University, has trained as a Gestalt psychotherapist and also holds an MSc in Complexity Science and Organisational Transformation from Middlesex University). In addition to over fifteen years of experience as a leadership consultant, he also spent six years as a manager at Mars Confectionery, and five years as a senior brand strategist at FutureBrand.
Nick is our practice head for leadership development. He brings unrivalled expertise in working with leaders to develop and enhance their capability and resilience in dealing with increasing complexity & uncertainty.
Nick has deep expertise in group dynamics and facilitation as well as the design and delivery of large scale leadership development programs for clients across a multitude of industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally. He is also an Associate Member of Faculty and Program Director at Ashridge and London Business School.
Nick’s twenty-five years of Leadership and Change experience includes previously held roles in the change management and human capital practices at Deloitte, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Nick holds an MSc in OD & Change from Surrey University. He has also trained as a psychotherapist in Transactional Analysis and is a Gestalt certified coach.
Elen is a highly accomplished Organisation Development consultant, group facilitator and coach. She is also our practice head for culture change and people engagement.
Elen brings a unique mix of experience, with over 12 years senior level board level experience, alongside her passion and depth of experience in coaching, psychology and behavior change. Alongside her specialism in culture change and people engagement, she also specialises in project direction for major client engagements.
Elen spent the earlier part of her career as a senior executive within the Communications industry, holding board level roles within a number of WPP companies. She has an MA from Oxford University, and has a certificate in Organisational Development from National Training Laboratories (NTL).
Helen is our practice head for group dynamics. As a practicing psychotherapist, she brings to the table a rich understanding of psychological dynamics and is passionate about identifying and releasing the key blockers and drivers to individual and group success.
Helen is an expert in relational dynamics, as well as depth psychology, personal presence and impact. She is a coach, facilitator and consultant with 16 years’ experience working with both global corporations and SMEs on projects encompassing change, team effectiveness, communication and leadership development.
In a previous life, Helen was an actor. Combining this expertise with her psychological training gives her deep insight into the development of leadership presence. She has helped many senior managers make that leap from technical expert to inspirational and transformational leader. Helen has a diploma in Organisational Change and a Masters in psychotherapy.
Rob is a digital strategist, consultant and trainer He works with us to embed digital technology, skills and capabilities within our initiatives.
Rob’s network of exceptional digital delivery partners helps clients develop rapid prototypes which apply learnings to real-time and evolving business challenges.
Rob is the Founder and CEO at Burn The Sky, the digital strategy and training business serving clients such as American Express, CVC Capital Partners, Faysal Bank, GSK, HSBC, John Lewis, O2, PwC and global agency networks Dentsu Aegis, Havas, Omnicom and WPP.
Daniel is an event director and creative producer with 15 years experience producing award-winning festivals, conferences and experiential events worldwide. He now works with us to bring a fresh approach to organisational development.
Now Daniel is focused on designing and developing innovative ways to bring to life to organisational and leadership development initiatives. He specialises in creating immersive experiences, with a focus on experiential learning. Daniel has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of event design and delivery from developing narrative and set design, to audio-visual, outdoor infrastructure builds.
Daniel holds an MA in Communication and has managed events for up to 50,000 people. He has been either a senior producer or major contributor to festivals such as Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Wilderness and Wonderfruit (Thailand). He has also led and produced major brand events for Unilever, Nike, Converse and Google.
Rakesh is a consultant in business transformation and behaviour change. He heads up staffing for our USA and the Asia Pacific networks
Rakesh specialises in working with leaders across global organizations, helping them implement ambitious transformational change. He is a highly experienced consultant himself, working as an executive coach, group facilitator and organizational change consultant. He also is experienced at staffing large scale development programs across multiple geographies.
Rakesh has a background in banking and corporate finance and as a result, have been involved in a number of fundraising projects for SMEs and startups. He has a BA from Ashridge Management College as well as BA (Hons) Business Studies & Management Science from the University of Liverpool. Other roles include Visiting lecturer, Corporate Finance & International Banking, Chelyabinsk University, Russia.
Rosie heads up our Finance and Operations at Living Systems. She has worked with us for the past 8 years and heads up Operational support team. She is dedicated and committed, with excellent communication skills.
Rosie is the lynchpin in our team that makes sure programmes are delivered to time and to budget, and that the management of operational logistics always exceeds client expectations.
Prior to that, Rosie had worked for 15 years in Marketingr in the technology sector, I promoting products and associated services to senior high level decision makers across a broad range of industries. Rosie held roles such as Head of UK Marketing at Informix Software and Northern European Marketing Services Director for Ascential Software until she took a career break to raise a family.
